摘要： 以滹沱河的自然演变、功能演变、生态退化为起点，从社会学、经济学、生态学等角度对滹沱河(石家庄段)的生态环境进行综合研究。滹沱河干旱及生态退化河流的治理方案为：采用“一线、两岸、三段、六区”的土地利用模式，分段式布设生态堤防，植被的种植采用复层结构，以利于生态的恢复，实现经济效益与生态效益的同步提升。 关键字： 滹沱河 生态环境 河流治理
