| 住宅区水景评价体系研究——以杭州市为例 |

在人与自然和谐相处的环境观影响下，住宅区中开始大量引入水景，并逐渐成为住宅区外环境建设的新趋势之一。住宅区能否开发水景，引起了各界普遍的关注。该文在调查分析杭州市住宅区水景的基础上，以景观、社会、生态和经济等4个关联因素作为评价单元，设定20个评价指标，采用二级模糊综合评价法，构建了住宅区水景评价体系，并以3个有代表性的住宅区水景，对该体系进行了验证。关键字：住宅区水景；评价指标；评价体系Study on the Evaluation System of Waterscape of Residential Districts in Hangzhou DENG Yun-lan；Bu Jing-hua Abstract:With the idea of harmonious environment for Human and Nature, more and more waterscape is applied for external space and become a new trend of residential environment.
