毛细管气相色谱法测定止痒灵中的苯酚和薄荷脑 |

【摘要】 目的 建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定止痒灵中苯酚和薄荷脑的含量。方法 采用HP5MS(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)弹性石英毛细管为分离柱,FID检测器,樟脑为内标,在70~150 ℃程序升温,分流进样。结果 苯酚和薄荷脑分别在0.033 24~0.332 4 mg/mL(r=0.999 4)、0.032 76~0.327 6 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)浓度范围内线性关系良好,苯酚和薄荷脑的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.99%和0.78%、100.9%和0.81%。 结论 本法消除了止痒灵中甘油的干扰,简便、快速和准确。 【关键词】 毛细管气相色谱法;止痒灵;苯酚;薄荷脑;甘油 Abstract:Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography for determining the contents of phenol and menthol in itch relief agent.Methodes The analysis was performed on an HP5MS elastic quartz capillary (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm). FID was used as detector and camphor as internal standard. Phenol and menthol were simultaneously analyzed under temperature programming in 70-150℃ and split stream sampling.Resutls The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.03324-0.3324 mg/mL for phenol (r = 0.9994), 0.03276-0.3276 mg/mL for menthol (r=0.9999) .The average recoveries were 99.99% (RSD 0.78%)for phenol, 100.9% (RSD 0.81%)for menthol.Conclusion The method is sample, fast and accurate, which eliminates the disturbance of glycerin in ……
