小叶榕叶水提物超频震动膜过滤工艺的研究 |

【摘要】 目的 对超频震动膜过滤和传统水提醇沉工艺的分离、浓缩效果进行考察和比较。方法 在小叶榕叶提取物的分离、纯化过程中,以相对除杂质率和总黄酮收率为指标,对截留孔径为A、B、C、D的超频震动膜进行试验考察,并与醇沉工艺效果进行比较。结果 截留孔径为B的膜最适合小叶榕叶有效成分的分离,同时配合截留孔径的脱水膜,可使分离、浓缩快捷而连续地进行。结论 在小叶榕叶的生产工艺中,超频震动膜过滤法可代替传统乙醇沉淀法及加热浓缩方法。 【关键词】 超频震动膜过滤;水提醇沉;小叶榕
Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of routine ethanol sedimentation and vibratory shear-enhanced membrane filtration processing on separating and concentrating aqueous extractives of Ficus microcarpa L.f.Method Vibratory shear enhanced membrane filtration processing was used to separate and concentrate the active ingredients, total flavonoids from aqueous extractives of Ficus microcarpa L.f.. Membranes of four different pore sizes were equipped for the filtration system to investigate the filtration flux, stability, yield of active ingredients and foreign matter removal ability. Result Membrane B showed the best performance in separating active ingredients of Ficus microcarpace from crude extracts, while membrane D could concentrate active ingredients in ……
