心理干预对冠心病患者血液流变学的影响 |

【摘要】 目的 观察心理干预对冠心病血液流变学的影响。方法 将入选的100例冠心病患者随机分为研究组和对照组，两组病人给予常规扩冠、抑制血小板聚集等治疗，研究组同时实施支持性心理干预，观察治疗前后两组病人的血液流变学变化情况。结果 研究组患者血液流变学变化较对照组有明显差异。结论 心理干预可以明显改善冠心病患者的血液流变学变化，有助于冠心病的治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of mental intervention on hemorrheology in coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 100 coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into control group and research group.They were treated with rule therapy such as expanding the coronary artery,inhibiting the platelet aggregation and so on.At the same time,the research group was also treated with mental intervention.The changes of hemorrheology were observed before and after the therapy.Results The hemorrheology in two sets had obvious difference.Conclusion Mental intervention may obviously change the hemorrheology of patients with coronary heart disease,it may conduce to treat coronary heart disease.
