[企业战略论文] [内容摘要]马克思企业理论是最科学的企业理论。从方法论角度看，其科学性至少表现在三个方面：一是从生产力与生产关系相统一的角度来认识企业的性质；二是从历史与逻辑相统一的角度来分析企业的起源；三是将功能分析方法与动态、历史的分析方法相结合来探究企业形态的演化。

[Abstract] Marx’s theory of firm is the most scientific theory of firm, seen from the methodology angle, its science express at least in the aspects of three: from angle that the productivity and bargain that relation mutually unify to know the kind of the firm; from the angle that is mutually united with logic from the history to analyze the origins of the firm; combined together with development, historical analysis method and functional method to investigate the business enterprise appearance evolve .
