摘要：介绍了一种针对中小型水厂的由上位机、可编程控制器、变频器及相应传感器、执行机构组成的微机集散控制系统。数年运行证明，该系统工作可靠、性能齐全，为同类水厂技术改造提供了一种投资小、见效快的案例。

　　Abstract：A microcomputer based cybernetic control system developed for medium and small waterworks and composed of host processor, PLC, frequency converter and responsible sensors and actuators has been operating for years with favorable reliability and integrality. This might be a low investment and quick result example for technical reform of similar waterworks.
