摘要
在分析蓄冰系统优化控制的基础上，提出了基于专家系统的新方法。该算法的数学基础是运筹学的目标规划，通过一系列简化而成为一个整数规划问题，进而提出标准运行模式的概念，并由专家系统方法建立外温等影响热负荷的因素与标准运行模式的对应关系，这个关系是统计的和动态的。
