摘要:以枣树幼苗为试验材料,研究模拟高温胁迫对其叶片电解质渗透率、丙二醛和叶片相对含水量(RWC)的影响。结果表明:高温胁迫对枣树幼苗叶片相对含水量的影响并不显著;高温胁迫下,叶片的电解质渗透率有上升的趋势,且胁迫时间越久,电解质渗透率上升的越高;叶片内丙二醛的变化趋势与电解质渗透率的变化趋势相似,胁迫时间越久,胁迫温度越高,丙二醛的含量越高。 关键词:高温胁迫;叶片相对含水量;丙二醛;电解质渗透率 Effect of Heat Stress on Physiological Index of Jujube TIAN Cai-ping1,YAO Yan-tao2 (1.Forestry Station ,Taigu Forestry Bureau of Shanxi Province ,Taigu, Shanxi 030800, China;2. The results showed that heat stress had no significant effect on RWC; electrolyte leakage of heat stress had upward trend, the longer high temperature stress, the higher electrolyte leakage; MDA and electrolyte leakage was similar, the longer and higher temperature stress, the higher content MDA.
