| 污水资源化制度的改革与完善 |

摘要：当前，水资源短缺和水污染严重已经成为制约我们经济发展的重要因素。建立污水资源化机制是解决这两个相关环境问题的首选手段。但是我国相关的法律法规在保障和规范这个机制相对滞后，束缚了其优越性的发挥。本文针对其中存在的一些法律障碍提出了自己的几点建议，以期完善我国的污水资源化法律制度。
Abstract: Nowadays， The severe shortage and pollution of water is becoming more and more an important factor that prevents the development of our economy. Although the best way is to establish the system of wastewater reuse to solve this problem, the rules and laws concerned in china have not kept up with the system. This article comes up with some proposals for it.
