《Approach of SO2 Pollution Control Problem of Thermal Power Plant in“Two Controlled Zones”》Abstract According to the division scheme of “two controlled zones”(acid rain controlled zone and sulfurdioxide pollution controlled zone)formulated by State Environmental Protection Administration, and combined with the present status of sulfur dioxide control measures,this article elaborates the guiking ideology of sulfur dioxide control measures in “two controlled zones”and puts forward the corresponding suggestions in light of policy, technology and fund etc. problemes.
