摘 要：东北地区是我国森林资源最丰富的地区之一。但是，清末以来，随着东北区域开发的全面展开，尤其是林业产业的兴起，大量木材被采伐充作用材和原料，并作为-种重要贸易品大量输出海外。俄、日两个帝国主义国家也乘机大肆掠夺东北地区的森林资源。滥砍盗伐使东北地区森林资源遭到破坏，付出了严重的环境代价。
