【摘要】 组织因子途径抑制物（TFPI）是组织因子、Ⅶ因子和Ⅹ因子的天然抑制物，在维持正常凝血中发挥关键的生理作用。近年来，随着对TFPI结构与功能研究的深化，发现它还能抗炎症和诱导凋亡，并在动脉粥样硬化、败血症和恶性肿瘤等疾病的治疗上有重要的应用价值。本文将对TFPI的生理作用和临床应用前景进行综述。
