【摘要】 目的探讨山茶种子对乏营养状态下胰腺癌细胞耐受性的消除作用。方法使用山茶种子的不同提取物, 分别作用于有营养状态下的胰腺癌细胞和乏营养状态下的胰腺癌细胞。用cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) 活细胞计数法检测样品对胰腺癌细胞存活率的影响。结果山茶种子醇提物醋酸乙酯层能优先在乏营养状态下有效消除胰腺癌细胞的耐受性, 在50 μg/ml的浓度下,胰腺癌细胞的存活率仅为1.4%。结论山茶种子醇提物醋酸乙酯层能优先在乏营养状态下杀死胰腺癌细胞, 提示其在胰腺癌治疗上可能有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the ability of the seed of Camellia semiserrata Chi to eliminate the tolerance of pancreatic cancer cells to nutrient starvation. MethodsThe extracts of the seed of C. semiserrata Chi were used to treat the pancreatic cancer cells under the nutrient-deprived condition and nutrient-rich condition. The effect of treatment with various samples on survival rate of pancreatic cancer cell was examined with cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8). ResultsEtOAc fraction of the EtOH extract from the seed of C. semiserrata Chi exhibited strong ability to eliminate the tolerance of the pancreatic cancer cell to nutrient starvation.
