【摘要】 目的:研究银杏叶提取物(GBE)对心肌缺血再灌注(MIR)大鼠血浆MDA、SOD、PAF、TXB2的影响。方法:雄性Wister大鼠30只,随机分为3组: 假手术组、模型组、GBE组,每组10只。检测各组动物血浆中PAF、TXB2、MDA和SOD活性的变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组血中 PAF、TXB2和MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01),SOD含量显著降低(P<0.01),GBE组血中 TXB2含量显著升高(P<0.05),PAF、SOD和MDA含量无显著性变化(P>0.05);与模型组比较,GBE组血中PAF、TXB2和MDA含量有显著性降低(P<0.05),SOD含量有显著性升高(P<0.01)。结论:GBE对MIR大鼠心肌有保护和治疗作用。

Abstract Objective:To study the effect of Ginkgo Biloba L. extraction (GBE)on MDA, SOD, PAF and TXB2 levels in plasma of myocardial ischemia reperfusion (MIR) Wister rats. Methods: 30 male Wister rats were randomized into sham operation group, model group and GBE treatment group(n=10). MDA, SOD, PAF and TXB2 levels in plasma of 3 groups were determined.
