【摘要】 目的: 研究冠心病患者循环中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的关系及临床意义. 方法: 55例入选者均经冠状动脉造影根据有无冠状动脉狭窄而分为两组:冠心病组30例,对照组25例. 采集入选者外周血,体外培养扩增内皮祖细胞,7 d后通过倒置相差显微镜计数内皮祖细胞克隆形成单位(EPC-CFU)评估外周血EPC水平,同时用ELISA法检测血浆中VEGF水平,分析冠脉组病人VEGF与EPCs的关系. 结果: 冠心病组VEGF水平低于对照组[(19.6±6.9 )pg/mL vs (35.4±9.4)pg/mL,P<0.001)];冠心病组血循环中EPC-CFU数量也较对照组降低(12.4±4.2 vs 19.0±5.1,P<0.001);血循环EPCs数量与VEGF浓度成正相关(r=0.493,P< 0.01). 结论: VEGF的下降可能是导致血循环中EPCS的减少的原因,可能参与了冠心病的发生和发展.

【Abstract】AIM: To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients and its clinical significance. METHODS: Fifty-five patients were divided into two groups: 30 patients with coronary artery diseases (CAD) and 25 control patients with angiographically normal coronary arteries.
