【摘要】 目的:探讨CGRP在大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤时表达状况及其在损伤机制中的作用。 方法 :建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血2小时再灌注24小时模型,分别采用TTC染色及RT-PCR法观察大鼠脑组织缺血状况及CGRP的表达状况。结果:假手术组大鼠脑组织形态结构正常CGRP呈弱表达;模型组大鼠大脑缺血区组织明显水肿,CGRP表达较假手术组对应区显著升高,P<0.05。结论:CGRP参与了局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤,且可能对缺血性脑损害起到一定的保护作用。

A study on expression and significance of STAT3 in cerebral tissues of Rat after focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion
【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of the expression of CGRPin cerebral tissues of rat after focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods 2 hours right intraluminal middle cerebral artery occlusion with reperfusion was induced in 20 rats,and the specimen of brain were performed at the point after 24 hours reperfusion;expressions of CGRP were detected by RT-PCR method. Results Expressions of CGRP were seen sparsely in the control specimens,and were markly increased afer transient focal cerebal ischemia and reperfusion(p<0.05) Conclusion Expression of CGRP is a significant response to transient focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and contributes to the early formasion of vasogenic edema that can be observed all parst of brains.
