本文提要 本文通过对语篇教学法、阅读的心理机制和图式理论的简要分析，阐述了中学英语阅读整体教学的必要性以及上述两种理论对中学英语整体教学的指导作用，并认为语篇教学法的运用效率与学生图式知识的多寡及建构、积累密不可分。
