[党校经管毕业论文] [内容提要] 本文通过量化的方法，揭示出价值外的剩余（剩余价值）与价值内的剩余（价值剩余）属于两种不同的社会财富增长方式；虽然它们在社会财富的增长过程中有密切的联系，但二者有着各自独特的经济规律。本文所总结的这些经济规律，不但在理论研究上具有一定的原创性，而且可操作性强，对实践具有非常重要的指导意义。它们是每个企业进行资本运作走向成功的“金钥匙”；也是每个意欲致富的人进行经济评估的“秤杆”。 [关键词] 剩余价值；生产力；市场占有率。
