[个人金融论文] 【内容提要】通过对企业理论演进过程的回顾，着重探讨了近年来新出现的基于知识的企业理论，基于知识的企业理论是把企业看作为一个整合其雇员特有知识的机构，从一个崭新的视角，重新解释了企业的存在、企业的边界、企业中的协调、企业的组织结构及决策权与知识的关系等问题。
【英文摘要】By reviewing the evolution of the firm theory, this articlefocuses on the knowledge-based theory of the firm that hasemerged in recent years. The theory views the firm as anagency that integrates its employee’s special knowledge. Froma brand-new perspective,it explains the issues including theexistence and the boundary of the firm, the coordination inthe firm, and the relation between the structure, decision-making power and the knowledge.
