《Potassium Supplement in 32 Patients with Periodic Paralysis Caused by Hypokalemia》Abstract Thirtytwo patients with periodic paralysis caused by hypokalemia were treated with potassium supplement.The results showed that though the serum potassium concentration were decresed in most of the patients,the total potassium contents in the body were not lower.It is unnecessary to give this kind of patient with high concentration and speed intravenous potassium supplement.It’s important to monitor ECG changes and the level of serum potassium during the period of infusion to prevent from hyperkalemia.
提要 通过对32例低钾性周期性麻痹患者补钾治疗的临床观察，发现本病大多数患者虽然血清钾含量降低，但体内总钾量不低，因此，不必常规高浓度、快速度静脉补钾。且在补钾过程中应加强心电监护及血钾监测，以免造成高血钾。
