《Discussion on ICU Nursetraining before Taking up Posts》Abstract With 5year practice,the authors suggested that in nation wide general hospitals ICU nursetraining be carried out as follows:(1)continuous study in other hospitals for a period of time;(2)shortterm training;(3)regular vocational learning;(4)check on technic operation;(5)regular academical exchange;(6)taking part in professional intelligence tests and training for some specific purpose.In these ways,ICU nurses can improve their whole qualities.
提要 通过5年的实践，提出在国内一些综合性医院可采取以下形式对ICU护士进行岗前培训：(1)送出去进修；(2)办岗前短训班；(3)定期组织业务学习；(4)不定期开展技术操作考核；(5)经常开展读书交流；(6)有针对性地进行智力竞赛及模拟训练。通过培训可使ICU护士的业务素质得到提高。
