[妇产科护理毕业论文] 摘要 小梁移植是移植有功能的小梁取代病损小梁，以达到降眼压的目的。1990～1998年，在动物实验的基础上对10例绝对期青光眼患者进行小梁移植术，取得一定的效果。小梁移植作为眼科学上继角膜移植术后的又一组织移植研究，有着光明的前景。加强术前的心理护理，以及术后的观察及护理，对增加手术成功率、减少不良反应及并发症的发生有重要意义。术后除按青光眼术后常规护理外，重点观察排斥反应，有无交感性眼炎以及药物的不良反应等。
