[呼吸内科护理论文] 摘要：管饲膳食是重型颅脑损伤病人较好的营养途径。总结了90例重型颅脑损伤病人鼻胃管膳食常见胃肠道反应及并发症的护理体会，并结合病人特点介绍了一种行之有效的营养状态评定法：测量臂肌围法。保持和改善了病人的营养状况。
